Our role is simple: to help businesses communicate what they do, showcase their expertise and build stronger relationships with customers, suppliers and industry contacts.

We pride ourselves on providing a personal service, working closely with clients and becoming a trusted extension of their business.

About Me

I understand business before I market it.

Most marketers first meet a business when the brief arrives. I grew up around one.

I’m Esther Beverley, Founder and Director of Wild Peony Marketing & Creative. I began my marketing career at 15 within the engineering, waste, recycling and bulk materials-handling industries, giving me more than three years of hands-on B2B marketing experience.

That background taught me how businesses operate beyond the marketing department. I understand technical products, long sales cycles, operational pressures and the importance of building trust before a customer is ready to buy.

Since then, I have managed company platforms, built director-led personal brands, delivered multichannel campaigns and created content that has supported sales, recruitment, industry recognition and business growth.

My Goals

I’m also committed to continually developing my expertise. Alongside completing my Level 3 Multichannel Marketer apprenticeship, I have undertaken additional industry training, attended specialist marketing workshops and completed professional development in areas including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, digital strategy, website management and emerging AI tools.

I was nominated for and named runner-up in the SHAPA Apprentice of the Year Award—recognition of both the results I had already achieved and my commitment to continuing to learn.

I don’t believe marketing should exist simply to make a business look active. It should make that business more visible, more credible and easier to choose.
