The business
VSC Training delivers practical, industry-led training for conveyor-belt vulcanising, splicing, inspection, safety and competence development.

The challenge
VSC had valuable specialist knowledge and a strong industry purpose, but its presentation did not fully reflect the quality of the training. Course information needed to be clearer, the brand needed a more consistent position, and employers and learners needed a simpler route from first impression to enquiry.

Our work
We lead the marketing strategy and creative direction for the company’s relaunch, working on the redevelopment of the new VSC website and company LinkedIn page. Matthew Beverley the new stakeholder of VSC training who joins the business to support the relaunch and maximise the sales strategy.
The work has included:
Brand positioning and relaunch strategy
Clearer course and audience messaging
Website rebrand with SEO management
LinkedIn campaign strategy
New stakeholder rebrand
Course promotion and learner-focused communication
Recruitment messaging for VSC’s professional training and assessment network
A content system designed to build long-term visibility and demand
The new position
The relaunch presents VSC as a practical standards partner for conveyor-belt competence not simply another course provider.
Each part of the customer journey is being made clearer: what a course covers, who it is designed for, what competence it develops, how training is delivered and what the learner or employer should do next.
The impact so far
VSC training now has a clearer identity, a stronger digital presence and a marketing platform built for continued growth. The relaunch is increasing the visibility and accessibility of its specialist courses and positioning VSC to become one of the most recognised training names in the belting industry. Due to the businesses unique selling point, they are the only people in the UK to deliver this course. VSC I now working with the biggest names in the industry, to deliver their courses to employees, such as Biffa and Veolia.
As campaign, website and booking data develops, this case study will be updated with confirmed figures for reach, enquiries, course demand and conversions.
Result
A specialist training business repositioned with clearer messaging, stronger presentation and a digital route designed to turn industry interest into course enquiries.
